Energy work, as I practice it, is a more subtle form of medicine than acupuncture that heightens awareness of the energetic body. The therapeutic techniques used vary and support the body’s rhythms. We are continually in exchange with the world energetically. The goal of treatment is to create opportunity for transformation by focusing inward on our larger internal dialogue and deepening connection with ourselves.
